We guarantee that all of the pieces that we are offering for sale on this web site are authentic and not reproductions. Each one is unique in itself but has been created in the traditional style using traditional materials and tools and was created for use in the village and not for the tourist or export markets. When we state an estimated age, it is just that, an estimate, based on the style, patina and other factors including many years of experience.
Photographs. If you are not able to see the detail that you would like in our photographs, upon your request, we will be happy to send full sized photographs to you via e-mail. You should have a high speed internet connection for this service to avoid very long download times. Go to the "CONTACT US" page to send an e-mail and be sure to include the stock number of the item.
Payment. We accept verifiable personal checks, money orders & bank checks. Credit cards are accepted through Paypal. Wire transfers can be arranged on larger payments. Please inquire if you have any questions.
Shipping. The shipping method and charge will be determined after you advise us of your intent to purchase, based on your location and the size and weight of the piece.
Sales Tax. Orders from Florida will be charged 6 1/2% sales tax.
Satisfaction We want you to be pleased but If you are unsatisfied with your new purchase, please notify us at once. The item may be returned to us for a refund, minus delivery charges, only within the first 20 days from the date of shipment. After 20 days, no refunds will be made, but exchanges are negotiable for a reasonable time. The item must be returned to us in its original condition and it should be insured because any damage to the piece will negate the refund offer. If the item is damaged by the shipping company during its return to us, it will be your responsibility to file a claim with them. Do not ship the item back to us before you have contacted us to make us aware of the situation.
If your purchase has been damaged during shipment to you, please save all packing materials and contact us at once. If the box is obviously damaged, do not sign for it until the driver has noted the damage on the delivery receipt.
